The pictures of Pt Nepean were rendered from a 3-D terrain model. A regular contour map of Pt Nepean was scanned into Photoshop and the contours filled in levels of grey, from black for sea level to white as the highest point of land. The model was then extruded, texture maps applied and raytracing produced these images with some touch-ups in Photoshop. Harold Holt the Prime Minister of Australia disappeared from near Pt Nepean in 1967. London Bridge on the south Victorian coast fell down in 1990.

The Ettamougah pub is a commercialisation of an old Australian fictional public bar (pub) from the great cartoon work of the late Mr Ken Maynard. His cartoons were published in the Australian Post magazine, a best selling magazine for many years in Australia. This one is halfway between Melbourne and Sydney. KEN MAYNARD The creator of the much-loved Ettamogah Pub cartoons died at the Gold Coast, Queensland on September 2, 1998 after fighting liver cancer for some time. Maynard was born in Albury, NSW, in 1928 and got his start as a cartoonist in 1958 contributing to Australasian Post whilst maintaining his career as a police officer. His Ettamogah Pub cartoons became one the main features of the magazine and are still being run on a regular basis.
